1. Delivery information

When do I receive my order?
The average delivery time is between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the product and the delivery location. When viewing a product page, an estimated day of delivery is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation.
I now see a longer delivery time of (a part of) my order than what was estimated. How can I cancel it?
An order can be cancelled at any time as long as it has not yet left the warehouse. For this you can contact our support team at They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back in your bank account within three working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive a confirmation for my order?
